SEO Team Lead / SEO Manager – International & US Websites (Remote, Islamabad)
Overview
Only 4 Truckers Logistics LLC is hiring an experienced SEO Team Lead to take full ownership of SEO for our international and US-focused websites. This is a leadership role, not a basic execution job — you will guide a team of content writers, backlink specialists, and developers while driving measurable growth in rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
If you can look at a website and instantly identify what's wrong, what needs fixing, and how to fix it, this role is built for you. You will own the SEO strategy end-to-end: auditing, planning, execution oversight, reporting, and results.
This is a work-from-home position with one mandatory office day per week in F11 Markaz, Islamabad, for strategy discussions and reporting.
Specific Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong command of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Proven experience managing or leading an SEO team
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
- Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO tools
- Familiarity with Screaming Frog or other crawling tools
- Ability to collaborate directly with developers on technical fixes
- Strong analytical skills to turn data into action, not just reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication for client-ready reporting
- Proven experience with US or international websites and search behavior
Responsible For
- Own the complete SEO strategy for international and US-based websites
- Conduct regular SEO audits and build short-term and long-term SEO roadmaps
- Prioritize keywords, pages, and topics based on business impact
- Oversee on-page SEO: keyword mapping, meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, schema, and URL structure
- Manage off-page SEO strategy including backlink quality, outreach direction, and competitor link analysis
- Coordinate with developers on technical SEO — crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and structured data
- Lead and supervise the existing SEO team, assign tasks, and review output quality
- Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, rankings, and organic performance data
- Prepare and present a detailed weekly SEO report every Friday in the office
- Maintain fast, proactive communication with management and team members
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Must be able to attend the Islamabad (F11 Markaz) office every Friday
- Experience with US or internationally competitive industries (SaaS, logistics, professional services, or agencies) is a strong plus
- Must be able to work independently and take ownership without constant supervision
- Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical SEO audit before final selection

Educational Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with a proven, results-driven SEO track record and strong practical expertise will be given equal consideration, regardless of formal academic background

Salary
$250 – $500 USD per month, based on demonstrated SEO skills, leadership ability, and proven results — not solely years of experience. Candidates who can show strong strategic thinking and measurable impact on US or international websites will be considered for the higher end of the range.
